“I am passionate about behavioral psychology; understanding what makes people tick, observing how they work. Workplace Strategy can provide deep insight into the culture of a company. My job is to observe, define, and articulate the current state and desired goals; and implement findings through all stages of the design process. Architecture is most successful when it has a clear concept that functionally caters to the end user.“

Senior Interior Designer & Project Coordinator

Raised in San Francisco Bay Area, I completed my degree in I earned my degree in Architecture from UC Berkeley, focusing on the social and cultural influences of design, as well as design theory, criticism, and ethics. My career has been shaped by a passion for creating meaningful, human-centered spaces that blend strategy with design excellence.

With over a decade of experience, I have led projects from early visioning through completion, working across workplace strategy, brand development, and interior architecture. At IA Interior Architects, I collaborated with major technology clients such as Google, Hewlett Packard Enterprises, and Industrious, specializing in large-scale workplace environments. My time in Berlin with Kinzo Architekten GmbH allowed me to further develop workplace strategy frameworks as a Workplace Strategy Consultant.

In the past three years, I have deepened my expertise in healthcare design, leading interior architecture and design coordination for major projects, including the University of Utah and Huntsman Institute’s translational research building. I also spearheaded the development of UCSF’s Interior Design Standards, managing a web development team to create a digital platform for design guidance and long-term strategy. My work extended to curating material and furniture selections for healthcare spaces and leading renovations for corporate environments, always ensuring a thoughtful balance of function, aesthetics, and user experience.

I am passionate about mentorship, collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of design to create impactful, well-crafted spaces that enhance the way people live and work.

Furthermore, my passion for Activism and Ethics in Architectural Design were expressed in the mobilization of a one hundred person volunteer effort to build micro-homes for San Francisco's homeless that received media coverage from MSNBC, Fox News, and The Guardian. Passionate to understand the human connection to nature, I went on to obtain a Permaculture Certification accredited by the UK Permaculture Association in 2020.

I use a systemic approach when analyzing the interconnected network of macro environmental factors- social, political, economic, and technological climates in the workplace to offer strategic recommendations and design solutions uniquely tailored to clients.
